Our Cancellation Policy:

As professional technicians, we never compromise our service quality standards. We prioritize flexibility, so you can reschedule your appointment with us anytime!

We are customer-oriented and always do our best to accommodate the needs of our clients. If you still prefer to cancel your appointment, please be aware all cancellations must be received 24 hours prior to the appointment time.

When you book an appointment, you agree to accept responsibility for receiving cancellation notice, wit the confirmation for time, and date of the cancellation. If your appointment needs to be cancelled beyond ordinary service hours, please leave a detailed message, including your name, the address registered with the appointment, and the time of the appointment.

If you are cancelling a same day appointment, we are more flexible. There is still a minimum cancellation time of 4 hours before any same day appointment. When you do not observe these measures to cancel your appointment with appropriate notice, please understand that our service call fee ($90+ HST) will be charged.
